Your Vibrational Frequency
Ok, ok, we get it. You hear the word "vibes" all the time. And yes, it's a trendy word to throw into your latest Insta post, but what does your "vibration" actually mean? Vibrational energy or spiritual frequency is literally the state of your being. Like the universe, you are composed of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy. Each of these components has a vibrational frequency, which makes up your vibrational output. Raising your vibration scale is a mindful effort and should take each component into consideration for a beautiful, harmonious balance.
Benefits of High Vibrational Energy
It's pretty straight-forward. Raising your vibes makes you feel better in your physical and mental body. Taking action to increase your energetic vibration frequency will enhance your inner-peace, mental clarity, feelings of joy and love, and emotional well-being.
How to Raise Vibration
Physical
Exercise– not extra fries! Exercising and getting the blood pumping through the body releases those feel-good endorphins. Even if it's just a 15-minute walk or light yoga sesh, moving your body will make you feel lighter and increase your high frequency vibration.
Mental
We discussed the impact of positive self-talk in Week 2 of Positive Intentions. Repeating high vibration words mantras, affirmations, or talking through your feelings to yourself will increase self-awareness, optimism, and mental clarity.
Emotional
Worry is a joy killer! Take time to focus and appreciate the things that make your heart happy. Meditate, breathe mindfully, and direct your attention to the “right now” - because the other stuff can wait until later.
Spiritual
Curious how to raise your spiritual energy level? From crystals to yoga to psychic readings and books, spiritual growth doesn't require a Ph.D. There are endless ways to raise your spiritual vibes.
