The stronger the impression the sooner things are likely to happen. Someone's level of desire, focus and intent is an indicator and the cards are also helpful.

How has your cultural background played a role in your development of spiritual abilities?
My experience living at my grandparents home when I was very young. The house was haunted and my grandmother had a fascination with ouija boards. I dont recall the planchet moving but people in my family say she got them to work. Being in that environment is what lead me to reading cards.
